As I was walking the other day, I heard the loud ping of an aluminum bat striking a ball, and it made me smile with glee because it felt like Spring. Flowers, birds twittering, and baseball are my ques for the season. Oh, and Trish's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRISH!!!
It was great that Trish's celebration choice this year was to attend a Dodger's game. It instantly threw me into feelings of summer though because I neglected to properly sunscreen myself and my inner arms where the skin has rarely seen the light of day was fried to a crisp. The top of my head feels a bit raw too. I don't have pictures as proof, but I did get the one above of the marquee wishing Trish a great day and the others that I took are now up on Flickr.

Wow! It looks like you guys had a great day. I went to a game at Dodger Stadium once a million years ago. I remember being a little disconcerted because we were in the nosebleed section and the field was SOOO far away the players looked like ants. I was used to the much more intimate confines of Wrigley. Ahhh....those were the days!
