Thank You

My sun has set on my day in the spotlight. It has been great fun. I have found so many new journals as a result. I am way behind on answering comments here. But, check back in a day or two I will surely answer them all. I have yet to even make it to all the journal links that people have left. It will take me a while but I will get around to all of them.

I probably won't be posting another entry until Sunday. I have a lot of schoolwork to catch up on. I allowed myself to get a little distracted from my studies by spending too much time journalling. I really can't lose focus now. I am so close to the end. Woohoo!!

Thank you to all my old and new journalling friends for supporting me with all your wonderful words. When I started this journal, I never realized how much more enriched my life would become as a result.

Thank you to AOL for creating the journalling community and for supporting it by hosting the Editor's picks, Scalzi's journal, and the Journalling Tips journal. I think through your additional efforts you enable J-Land to have a much richer environment than the other options available out there.

No no . . .thank you for always posting GREAT stuff to read.  I know I'm not the best at leaving comments, but I stop by to read every day.

I'm back!  WooHoo!  I've gotten caught up on your most recent entries again.  Hope school isn't wearing you down.  And I hope you continue to get lots of acknowledgment for this journal.  It deserves it!

Love you, Robbie!

Been a lot of traffic in this journal since my last visit! :) It took me a while to visit all of my visitors links too. I think I still have a few more to visit. Darn health probs going on. You take care! Don't work/study too hard :) Mia

Well, all I can say is that you looked mighty good in the spotlight and should be there more often. Catch up on your schoolwork or it's out of the spotlight and into the corner hehehe Hugs Lanny

Robbie, fame is so fleeting, thank God. 20 comments on the hairball entry, of all things. Glad I could share the moment with you.

Well Said!  I so agree that AOL has made journaling much more enriching.  Of course it is the PEOPLE, but the new bells and whistles make our tapping fingers happy, it seems, to send these hairbrained/ball entries out into the space known as cyber.  Congratulations on a week well-deserved.

I'm so glad to see you featured in the Top Five.  I found it a great way to meet new AOL-J friends and discover new gems of journals in AOL-J.  There is definitely no shortage of great talent and good reads around here.

You know, I'm so glad this finally happened for you and am sure it won't be the only time we'll see Ruminations on that list.. probably in the Number One spot.  You've said several times before "I'm not a writer" and have really downplayed that, but I beg to differ.  You have a keen intellect, rapier wit and overt sensitivity that shows in what you've composed here.  And although the pics & graphics you use show a lot of visual creative spark, they wouldn't work if you weren't backing it up with your words.  So give yourself credit where credit is due.. you ARE a writer, mi'lady, and a damned fine one at that!  ¤Holly
