Audio entry

SISTERCDR: Some people are too fast!

I didn't even get a chance to add my pic and there you are. Thanks! I hate the nasally sound of my voice is the problem. If you heard my younger brother, you probably couldn't tell us apart on the phone. Which is pretty scary, since he's a man!

SREAMINREMO: If I can do this, surely you can. Come on! Let us hear that sardonic wit of yours.

Your voice isn't nasally at all!  I'm so happy to hear your voice!!!  You don't sound like a man, either.  I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well.  Get to that doctor and feel better soon, ok?

ROBBIE!!!!!  Yay!  Now, I've talked with you face to face, in person, and I have to say, you sound like you are still on the mend....just a little on the low-energy side of things.  That's how I'd describe it.  But you do NOT sound like a man [perhaps your brother has a particularly high pitch to his tone?]  I'm sooooooo glad you put yourself out here like this.  Very cool.  Let's hear more!

I love you picture.  And your voice doesn't sound bad.  I have a REAL hang-up about the way my voice sounds recorded, so I'll probably never do an audio entry...unless I sing.  THAT should be a treat for everyone...!  Lisa  :-]

I love your voice!  You sound just how I imagine you would.  Sorry you haven't been feeling well, and I hope you do very soon.  I feel bad sometimes because I don't answer every comment that people leave me, sometimes I'll email them, but I think too that I sometimes get overwhelmed.  But like you, I appreciate it too!

Get better soon,   Love you, Penny

I've been thinking of trying out the AOLphone thing, maybe now I will!

Okay, first thing was, I noticed the bit of the PA accent in your voice!  Hee-hee!  I know you said you shouldn't have it, but you do!  Second thing was you sound like a female attorney.  Don't take that the wrong way, there is just an authoritative way that they speak, and you have it!  I do hope you feel better soon!  I said you should rest for 1 day, not 4!!!!  You poor thing!
Hugs and love, Lisa

Hey, now, there is nothing wrong with the sound of your voice!  But I totally and completely understand.... I feel the same way about mine... I HATE listening to my own voice.. I also hate having my picture taken... haha - sounds like I should have taken part in John Scalzi's list project last weekend, eh?  Anyway - you have a nice voice!  But I still like to read your writing, so feel better soon so you can write again (soon).  :)

Uhmm maybe you should'a waited to do this when you felt better.  You sound SO depressed!  Pubre sito!  Hey, next time you can really drive the point home and end your audio recording with a big, honking nasal blow into a Kleenex.  Want some Mentholatum? ;-) Holly  (Feel better soon, okay?)

HOLLY: You’re such a meany! Didn’t you work in a hospital before? What did you do leave your bedside manner at the door when you left. ;-p But, I think my voice sounds depressing anyhow. Very monotone!

IRUN:  Do it! Don’t make me double dog dare you like I did Screamin. ;-)

ALPHAWOMAN – MARY: I’m sorry! I didn’t even think that people wouldn’t be able to listen to it. Leave your number, next time I’ll leave the message on your machine too! ;-) What I said was that I hadn’t been writing because I’ve been sick but I made a doctor’s appointment for today. I also said that I was overwhelmed by all the comments so I was going to not answer all those I was behind on and if I missed any that someone had a question on or something that people could feel free to email me. I also said I appreciated everyone’s comments and support!

INDIGOSUNMOON: Thanks for soup doll! I feel so cyber-pampered by everyone. ::::warm fuzzies:::

AIIBRAT: Gosh, you’re a great nurse maid! Next time I’m sick, I’m calling you!

KAT: AH…It doesn’t matter how many. I still like hearing from you. But, I’m happy with the shout outs on your blog.

SREAMINREMO: You’re so fricken easy! I love it! Now, where are my million bucks? ;-)

LANNY: ::::blushing:::: Thanks! You’re such a sweety!

JLREYNOLDS: Please ignore the comment I left below. I was just kidding. ;-) And, yes, you should have taken part in the assignment. It sounds like we have a lot in common.

LISBNJVI – LISA: A female attorney heh? Is that a nice way of calling me a bossy b*tch? ;-)

PENNY: I would love to hear your voice! I feel like it’s already in my head but I want to match it now. I like the personal feel I get when people respond to me in their journals. As such, I thought I would give it a try. I haven’t quite gotten the knack down and it kind of slows me down because if I don’t answer comments before making a new entry it just gets away from me. Like now, I get overwhelmed. So… I decided to do it my way and just start over from here. It’s still my journal after all. ;-p

MIRAMINIAK – LISA: I have a hang up too! But, I did it.  It took me forever to post my picture too! I feel like an onion that’s getting peeled little by little. Eeek! Come on now, let’s hear you sing.

FREEE: Yup still on the mend. Definitely low-energy! Me high pitched? I can sing Soprano or Alto but it’s usually better if I don’t sing at all! ;-)

KAREN: Believe it, or not, I’ve actually been mistaken as a man on the phone. Definitely don’t call me first thing in the morning, or late at night for that matter. Hey you never call me! How come you never call me? ;-) I went to the doctor today.

UBERDUDE: You do realize that isn’t a pic of me. Right? I’ve never heard Sophia Coppolla’s voice. Is it a good or bad thing? But, you know, I’d rather have a bank account like hers! ;-)

BABYSHARK: Thanks! I would love some Won Ton soup and to watch Amelie finally. But, when I’m awake I am either reading journals or trying to read stuff for school. I’d just fall asleep if I popped in a movie.

SISTERCDR: Thank you! I went to the doc today. Hopefully, the antibiotics will kick in and tackle whatever is dragging me down.

It's fun hearing everyone's voices, I'm going to have to learn how to put an audioclip on here one of these days. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

I always love hearing Journal friends speak...it's like we're talking on the phone, or something.  LOL

I really hope you're feeling better, Robbie.  Trust me, I know how miserable it is to feel sick and not being able to get over it.

You're in my thoughts!

BRIDGETT: Thanks! I’m taking meds which I think are beginning to help but I’m still feeling weird and tired.

GGAL: Thanks! I think its kind of fun. I’m thinking of making it a weekly entrance. It’s really easy to do and you get a month free. You should give it a try!
