Still in a holding pattern

Several people have mentioned to me this past week that Mercury is in Retrograde. I don't know what that means but if the craziness of my week is an indicator, I'd agree whole-heartedly. This has been one crazy week for me. I have worked until almost 7:00pm every day. I fear today will be no different. As I wipe the sleep out of my eyes, I hear on the news that a major route through the Santa Monica mountains is blocked due to an accident which means that people will redirect themselves to the route that I drive. As such, I need to hit the road earlier than usual.

What does this mean? I still don't have time to write about my doggy rescue trip. I probably won't have time to write anything else about it until I return from visiting my brother and my confluence on Sunday with two special journalers, Robin and Mumsy. But, I don't want Scout to feel left out so say "Hi" to him. These dogs are such sweethearts!

Yuck.  Traffic sucks!!  When I lived in Atlanta I totally avoided driving during certain parts of the day.  I was glad to move to ABQ to get away from th traffic, but now We're getting traffic here.  Have a great time meeting with Mumsy and Robin.  My cats send kudos and thanks to you for helping to rescue their fellow animalia.

I hear ya Robbie.  No worries about the entries.  You'll be back with more stories of your adventures.  The pictures will always be available for you to reflect upon.  [Unlike you, I'm not even planning for another trip this weekend - and I still haven't been able to update my J like I've wanted to.  Life just keeps happening.]
Live life - and have fun.  HI SCOUT!!

One word to get you through the morning traffic:  STARBUCKS.  [that should help you avoid "Phoenix" as much as possible]  :P

hey busy lady :)   I think there should have been an award for The J-Land Butterfly....or something.  Your a very social being :)    It seems to be happening all over though, I guess it's about time.   Whenever you come to Seattle...or closer, let me know!  :D   Enjoy life.

Mercury retrograde is when things come up that haven't been solved in the past. Yes, there are more car accidents on the day that it goes retrograde and in the two weeks following it going direct. Actually, Mercury isn't moving. It just appears that way from earth. Not a good time to sign papers but a good time to contemplate your navel and get in touch with yourself OR get your life in order. I can't wait to read the rest of your doggy rescue story!  I've read Freee's entries, and Peachy's too. So touching and heart warming! Thank God for people like you girls!

And how cool it must be to meet fellow AOL-J landers!

hugs!
