There's a pounding in my head!!!

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm still feeling like crap. All I want to do is sleep. I've got enough energy to get up get something to drink, change the channel with the remote, and then I'm back to lala-land. But, not for very long. This pounding in my head started at about 8 a.m. and has only stopped for about 15 minutes to take a lunch-break around noon.

Yup, my pounding took a break. How can that be, you ask? Well, it seems I've picked the wrong day to be sick. They are renovating the apartment below mine. I swear they have been pounding since 8 a.m. constantly. It's a 3 bedroom apartment. But, what in the world would require that much pounding!!!

At least now I know my neighbor wasn't trying to drill into my apartment. Last Saturday, all day, there was drilling which sounded like it was coming from the apartment next to me. I thought the woman was about to break through my bedroom wall. Now, I realize it must have been downstairs and was reverberating through the wall.

Thanks again for the well-wishes. They are much appreciated. This has sapped what little bit of energy I have. Time for another nap.........

Gosh, how terrible is that, being sick AND having to deal with pounding all day! I can't tolerate noise, I'm such a grinch when it comes to that. We have so much noise pollution in L.A. that I have to have my peace and quiet!

Get well soon!

Oh Robbie!!! And here I was about to call you a HO for not signing my guestbook, but I guess you deserve a break today [from McDonald's]. I'm sorry you're not feeling so hot. Hope you feel better soon.
