I feel like grabbing that sucker right out of the photo. : ) Pumpkin pie is my absolute favorite with a lot of whipped cream on top. Yes, I saw a piece in Freee's journal. She posted about having it for breakfast, lunch or dinner and I laughed because that's what'd I'd had for breakfast that day. Good looking pie...... : )
Angela

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8658575.post-76672463013710784712004-11-28T13:35:00.000-08:002004-11-28T13:35:00.000-08:00I actually made the crust for my FIRST pecan pie (...I actually made the crust for my FIRST pecan pie (the leather one), but then used a store-bought one for the second. Truthfully, I couldn't really tell the difference. I'm not a big pie-crust fan, never have been. Which is why I liked the pumpkin pie I made this year. It was crustless, low fat... VERY good and I didn't feel guilty eating it. I made mine this year with some dark mollasses and it tasted so yummy! I think I will go have another piece right now.
